The Liberty House collects guest information to respond to enquiries, review booking requests, manage reservations and maintain necessary business records. This includes your name, email address, guest count, dates, group-and-trip details, acceptance of Booking Terms, booking correspondence and payment references.

Enquiries and Unsuccessful Requests

Enquiries and requests that do not result in a confirmed booking are normally deleted or anonymized within 12 months after the last communication or closure of the request.

Confirmed Bookings and Financial Records

Records needed for accounting and tax purposes—including booking details, invoices, payment references and refund records—are retained for at least six years after the end of the last tax year to which they relate.

Other Guest Information

Group-and-trip descriptions and correspondence that are not needed for accounting, an unresolved matter or another continuing purpose are normally deleted or anonymized within 12 months after checkout or cancellation.

Exceptions

Relevant records may be kept longer where required by law or while an audit, payment dispute, complaint, insurance claim or legal matter remains unresolved.

Secure Disposal

Records are reviewed periodically and securely deleted or anonymized when their retention period ends. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup rotation expires. Records restored from backups are subject to the same retention rules.

Payments

Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. This website does not collect or store full card numbers. Stripe manages information held in its systems under its own policies.
